Types of Coffee Beans
Coffee goes through several stages before the final coffee is made. We just see the last stage of coffee as ground coffee, but there are different types of coffee beans, which are selected from coffee plants, more like cherry plants, then dried and then roasted.
In which there are main 4 types of coffee beans we consume. These are Arabica, Robusta, Liberica, and Excelsa. The most consumed and used coffee bean is Arabica, which accounts for almost 60-70% of global production. It has a sweet, smooth taste like fruit and chocolate. Robusta has a stronger and more bitter taste than Arabica. It contains more caffeine. Liberica has a more woody and smooky flvour taste. The, Excelsa, rare, with a tart and fruity flavour.
